1. The program is intended for all booking persons, i.e. assistants, office managers, corporate travel managers. The program is valid for corporate individual, group and conference reservations and is not valid for travel agencies and tour operators.
2. Members have a possibility of checking their current balance of points at any time on the web site: http://www.nhpraguecityclub.cz.
3. Participants of NH Prague City Club program are obliged to keep their data actual, otherwise they can't claim a bonus.
4. The offers of the bonuses are regularly updated, always in six-month intervals.
5. The points cannot be exchanged for cash, merged with the points of another Programme participant or transferred to another person.
6. The rewards containing accommodation and air transport depend on occupancy of hotels and on availability of flights.
7. For rewards in the form of consumer electronics or other goods we reserve the right to replace the reward with another product of a similar quality or similar characteristics.
8. The program enters into force on 1 April 2016.
9. Your participation in the program becomes effective on the day of your signing the Contractual Terms and Conditions. Since the date of the signing of the Contractual Terms and Conditions (confirmation of your participation) also the points for all newly executed reservations which you have made in your name start to be added. It is possible to enter the program at any time during 2016.
10. Hotel NH Prague City is only an intermediary and is not responsible for any misunderstandings during selection of services or goods out of the hotel. All complaints, claims and demands must be exercised directly at the service provider or goods supplier, or at their contractual servicing firm.
11. The hotel reserves the right to terminate the program for the reason of unforeseeable circumstances at any time without any prior notice and without a possibility of compensation of points.
12. In case that no point has been added to your account for a time period longer than 12 months, the account will be locked automatically. For its activation please contact info@nhpraguecityclub.cz.

1. During the booking process it is always necessary for the booking persons to state the name of the company and their own name. In each reservation or cancellation of a reservation please state the “NH PRAGUE CITY CLUB” password and please send a copy of your enquiry to the email address info@nhpraguecityclub.cz.
2. You will obtain 1 point for each CZK 1,000.- spent, VAT exclusive, and without commission.
3. The points will be added retroactively after the payment of the invoice issued by the hotel. No points will be added in the case of a delayed payment.
